Step 1 · The check
How it works
Where you stand, and where you could go
Describe a normal week. See which tasks AI is likely to take over, which stay yours, and which nearby roles use what you’re already good at. Then hear when things change, and get a few small moves a week toward both.

Step 2 · Your paths
You find three roles you could move into.
Skills that carry over. Example numbers.
Step 3 · The forecast
You get your first forecast.
2 of 5 signals moved this week.
Step 4 · The plan
Your first moves are on the calendar.
1 · The check: where you stand
A range, because nobody can be exact about this
Describe your week in your own words. We split it into 8 to 12 tasks and label each one Automate, Assist or Yours, based on what AI can already do in your industry. Your number counts Automate tasks in full and Assist tasks at half. Every label shows its evidence and source, and if a task looks wrong, edit it and the number updates.

2 · Your paths: where you could go
Nearby roles you could start working toward
From your check, we pick 3 to 5 roles close to what you do now. Each is ranked by how many of the tasks that are yours carry over, whether postings are growing in your region, how exposed the new role is to AI (the same task-by-task check), the skill gap and how long it takes, and pay compared with now. The best path is growing, less exposed than your job and close to what you already do. Often it’s at your own company, like a customer service lead moving into CX operations at the same insurer.
3 · The forecast: what’s moving, every week
One word a week for where things stand
We track hiring, layoffs and AI adoption at companies of your type and size, and pull them into Calm, Watch or Act. Your paths are tracked too. They move up or down as hiring shifts, and we tell you when one heats up or cools off. With Plus, you also hear the moment a signal moves and can see companies like yours side by side.
4 · The plan: small moves toward both
Small moves while you’re still earning
Each week you get two or three moves, each with how long it takes, about five hours in all. Protect the tasks that stay yours, close the skill gaps for your top path, and log your wins in a proof file you can use in any review or interview. When the forecast changes, the plan changes with it.
Three words, and what each one asks of you.
Questions people ask
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. You sign in with a personal email and a one-time link, no password. That keeps your results saved, private to you, and ready for your weekly forecast and plan.
Will my employer find out?
No. We don’t ask for your employer’s name and never connect to work accounts. Your results are private to you.
How accurate is it?
It’s an estimate built from [METHOD AND DATA SOURCES]. We show a range and the evidence for each task, and you can correct anything that doesn’t fit your job.
Will it tell me if I’m getting laid off?
No. It shows how exposed the work is and what’s moving around it. Nobody outside your company can predict a layoff, and we won’t pretend to.
How often will I hear from you?
Once a week, with your forecast. That’s free. With Plus, you also get an alert as soon as a signal moves.
How do you pick my paths, and how sure are you?
We start from the tasks that are yours, find roles that use most of them, then rank those by hiring trend, exposure, skill gap and pay. The hiring trend comes from job postings, so it shows what’s happening now. It isn’t a promise about the future, and we never call a role safe. If your region has too few postings, we use national data and tell you.
How much time does the plan take?
About five hours a week, and you can set it lower. Miss a week and the plan moves the most useful moves to the top. There’s no streak to lose.
